The Role

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional service throughout each guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.
Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Maintain accurate guest records and payment information.
Promote hotel facilities, dining experiences, and spa services.
Resolve guest queries professionally and efficiently.

About You

Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends.
