Experienced Residential Child Support Workers – Dundee

At Trust-Care, we believe every young person deserves to feel safe, valued and supported to reach their full potential. We're looking for experienced Residential Child Support Workers who are passionate about creating positive relationships and helping children and young people build confidence, resilience and independence.

The Role

Working as part of a dedicated residential team, you will:

Create a safe, nurturing and supportive home environment.
Build trusting relationships that help young people feel heard, respected and valued.
Support daily routines while encouraging independence and positive life skills.
Plan engaging activities, hobbies and community experiences that promote wellbeing and confidence.
Respond calmly and compassionately to behaviours of concern using a relationship-based approach.
Support young people with health, personal care and emotional wellbeing where required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for every young person.

About You

You'll bring:

Experience supporting children or young people within residential or care settings.
A caring, patient and reliable approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to remain calm, professional and resilient.
A genuine passion for helping young people thrive.
