We're looking for an enthusiastic Events Team Member to join our expanding Manchester team. In this practical, interactive role, you'll support daily campaign execution, interact directly with venue visitors, and collaborate closely with shift leads to deliver high presentation and engagement standards across all live activation floor spaces.

Be Part of the Live Event Experience

From greeting event attendees and guiding product demonstrations to tracking visitor engagement metrics, you'll be actively involved in every phase of our field event operations across Manchester.

Working alongside supportive team leads and campaign directors, you'll manage visitor interactions, resolve customer queries on-site, and ensure every promotional setup meets professional visual standards. It’s a fast-moving, practical role designed to give you real-world experience in event planning, brand promotion, public relations, and campaign coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming event attendees warmly, introducing partner campaigns, and delivering clear, engaging information
Assisting visitors with campaign inquiries, promotional registrations, and digital engagement updates
Representing partner brands with confidence, enthusiasm, and professional clarity across varied venue locations
Supporting daily event setup, display arrangements, and maintaining clean, organized promotional spaces
Assisting with lead capture logging, visitor tracking reports, and basic administrative updates using internal software
Collaborating with shift supervisors and venue leads to ensure smooth daily event execution
Working toward individual engagement metrics, team target goals, and campaign performance KPIs
Continuously developing your event coordination, public communication, and audience engagement capabilities
