Full job description

Student Records Administrator

Are you looking for that ideal administrative role, in the convenient location of central Crawley?

As a Student Records Administrator, you will:

have a good eye for detail when entering data into the Management Information System (MIS) and checking both online and paper enrolment forms for accuracy
provide excellent customer service in response to queries from staff, students and parents / carers.
assist with the maintenance of records held on the MIS including processing student withdrawals and transfers.
provide a year-round front of house service on a rota basis as required.
manage and reply promptly to emails, written correspondence and verbal communication.

What you will bring to the role:

experience of working with Management Information Systems (MIS).
experience of working with the public in a customer service environment.
a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people at all levels, verbally and in writing.
