We're continuing to grow our team throughout 2026 and are looking for an exceptional UK based Producer to help build the next generation of Roblox games.
This is the next UK-based role we'll be hiring for, with an intended start date in the coming months.
You'll help build games experienced by millions of players.
Working directly alongside our Director of Games, you'll become one of the people responsible for maintaining the quality bar across every feature that reaches our players.
This isn't a traditional producer role centred around administration, meetings or reporting.
Your responsibility is to help great developers produce exceptional work.
That means making decisions. Challenging ideas. Giving brutal feedback. Protecting quality. Maintaining momentum. Solving problems before they slow development down.
You'll work closely with programmers, designers and artists throughout development, helping ensure every feature reaches the standard we're aiming for.
On a small team, your decisions don't disappear into a production pipeline.
They directly influence the games we build.
Are you an experienced Producer working with brands as a freelancer or contractor globally?
We make original games on Roblox, but we'd still love to hear from you, even if you are not UK based.

Professional Roblox production experience is not essential
What matters is that you've invested time in understanding the games we build

We want producers who are excited by the opportunity to build the next Cinnamon game, not simply the next game. The strongest candidates will have formed their own opinions, recognised the standards we hold ourselves to and be ready to discuss how those standards can be pushed even higher
Organisation is important. Judgement is what separates good producers from exceptional ones. Anyone can organise meetings. Anyone can update a roadmap. Far fewer people consistently improve the quality of a game.
That's what we're looking for.
The best producers understand that every compromise eventually reaches the player. They know when something isn't good enough. They recognise weak work early. They explain why. They help the team find a better solution.
Great producers don't exist to protect people from feedback. They exist to protect the quality of the game. You'll work alongside people who care deeply about what they create. Nobody at Cinnamon is above criticism. We're also not interested in introducing process for the sake of process.
Our games have already reached billions of visits through the way we build them.
If you identify a genuinely better way of working, we'll always listen, but every process should exist to improve the quality of the game rather than satisfy production theory.
Above everything else, we're looking for someone who genuinely wants to build great games.
