Job Summary

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this energetic role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain various machinery to ensure smooth production processes. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us meet production goals while upholding safety standards. Duties

Set up and operate manufacturing machines according to specifications and safety guidelines
Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot minor problems promptly
Conduct quality checks on products during production to ensure consistency and standards are met
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment
Record production data accurately, including cycle times, output quantities, and maintenance logs
Follow safety procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve efficiency

Requirements

Prior experience operating industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety compliance
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks as needed
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
Basic technical aptitude with the willingness to learn machine operation procedures
Knowledge of safety protocols related to manufacturing environments is a plus
