Overview

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all food preparation, ensure high standards of food safety, and inspire creativity in the kitchen. Your leadership will drive the success of our restaurant operations, creating outstanding dishes that delight our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and timely service
Lead and manage the culinary team, fostering a positive, motivated work environment
Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes
Implement and uphold food safety standards in compliance with health regulations
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences
Train staff on cooking techniques, food presentation, and hospitality best practices
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production and preparation
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Solid kitchen experience including cooking, food safety protocols, and serving standards
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and quality control
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
