What you’ll be doing:
Delivering high-quality plastering across reinstatement and restoration projects.
Strong board and skimming work.
Rendering, wet plaster, and lime work (advantageous but not essential).
Working closely with customers and team members to ensure excellent results.
Supporting the growth of the team by learning new skills—or by passing on experience and mentoring others.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Carpenter with excellent first and second fix carpentry skills.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and support the development of others.
- A full UK driving license
