Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
Engage warmly with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing outstanding service that exceeds expectations.
Maintain strict food safety standards by following proper sanitation procedures and handling ingredients responsibly.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when needed.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked with supplies to support smooth daily operations.
Use basic math skills for accurate cash handling, order processing, and inventory management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a barista or in a similar serving role within the foodservice industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene.
Ability to perform food preparation tasks with attention to detail and cleanliness.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Good communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy.
