About The Role:

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault finding on electrical and building services systems.
Perform inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations in accordance with current regulations.
Undertake minor electrical installation, refurbishment and remedial works.
Support the maintenance of HVAC and other building services plant.
Diagnose faults and ensure plant and equipment are maintained for maximum reliability and efficiency.
Complete maintenance records, test sheets and inspection reports accurately.
Carry out condition-based monitoring and defect surveys, reporting findings to engineering management.
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and provide feedback to the helpdesk and customers.
Work safely in accordance with company procedures, Safe Systems of Work and Health & Safety legislation.
Support continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the contract.

Essential Criteria

Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent.
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2360 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Valid ECS/CSCS Card.
Experience working within Facilities Management or Building Services maintenance.
Strong electrical fault-finding, testing and maintenance experience.
Good understanding of commercial building services, including electrical systems and HVAC.
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and Safe Systems of Work.
Strong communication, customer service and IT skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Criteria

City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing.
