Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our Office Manager. You will be responsible for managing daily office tasks and executing "free" social media marketing strategies to engage our community.

The successful candidate will be guided by the Office Manager but must have the confidence to communicate with clients and the creativity to manage multiple social media platforms independently.

Responsibilities

Organic Social Media: Create, edit, and post engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok and so on.
Community Outreach: Promote the business via free advertising channels, such as local community groups and niche forums.
Client Engagement: Support the Office Manager by making outbound calls, answering enquiries, and following up with clients via phone and email.
Administration: Handle data entry and document creation using Numbers, and Pages on a Mac interface.

Experience & Skills

Mac Expert: Must be highly proficient in using macOS, Numbers, and Pages.
English Fluency: Superior written and verbal English is essential for client-facing communication and content writing.
Social Media Savvy: Proven experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Groups for organic (free) growth.
Software Skills: Comfortable with Numbers and Pages and any relevant software that maybe useful for this role.
Communication: A professional and friendly phone manner for client follow-ups.

Schedule & Pay

Hours: 15 hours per week.
Pay: £12.75 per hour.
