Premier Mist is a rapidly expanding business with sustained YOY growth. As a result we now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will assist in the development of new business and existing account management. Previous sales experience is desirable, however candidates with experience in any customer facing role will be considered, provided you possess the willingness and ability to learn and progress.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the Sales & Estimating team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients including; Mechanical Consultants, Main Building Contractors and M&E Contractors
· Proactive who can work on their own initiative following the company’s sales / business plan
· Confident on the telephone networking prospective/existing clients
o Provide technical information on the Company’s products and Services.
o Follow-Up on current quotations / estimates
o Understand the company’s product range.
o Understand the Project Stage Cycle
· Source new business opportunities
· Follow up quotations until a sales outcome is achieved
· Complete and submit reports as required
· Attend regular internal sales / pipeline meetings

Desired Experience and Attributes

· Previous experience with an excellent track record in technical B2B sales, ideally within a mechanical services (fire suppression) related discipline
· Confident and professional telephone manner
· Experience and understanding of the stages of the sales cycle from new lead enquiries, to sales conversion
· Ability to clearly present solutions to client challenges
· A desire and expectation to work hard and be measured and judged by a clearly identifiable contribution
· Excellent communication skills, verbal essential and written
· Proactive, confident and able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
· Diligent, Self-disciplined and well organised

Full training will be provided upon successful appointment.
