Full job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, invoicing, booking customers in, liaise with customers to explain works carried out, and other general office duties.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and organising documents
- Manage and maintain workshop supplies inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

_ Deal with customer queries face to face, take payments

Skills:

- Proficiency in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Strong typing skills for data entry purposes
- Excellent proactive organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Good phone etiquette when interacting with clients or colleagues
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and copying
