Full job description

We're looking for a Paralegal to join our growing Restructuring & Insolvency team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to support fee earners working on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters, including advising Insolvency Practitioners, Directors, Lenders, Creditors and Shareholders.

What will I be doing

Providing assistance with file and case handling.
Helping to run and progress a range of insolvency cases from initial instructions to conclusion.
Providing general administrative and legal support to fee earners across the team from multiple office locations.

You'll have

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and good all-round IT skills.
The ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
The ability to adapt your style, be proactive, and effectively solve problems.
Good commercial awareness.
Previous legal work experience within Insolvency and Restructuring would be advantageous but not essential.
