We are looking for an experienced Spring Coiler / Spring Coiling Machine Setter with an eye for detail, a strong passion for manufacturing and engineering, and a desire to produce high-quality precision springs.

This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in spring coiling and machine setting, who enjoys practical engineering work and wants to develop further within a supportive manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in wire forming and CNC machine setting, who enjoys practical engineering work and wants to develop further within a supportive manufacturing environment

What You'll Be Doing

Setting and operating CNC spring coiling machines
Producing springs to customer drawings and specifications
Adjusting tooling and machine settings to achieve accurate results
Checking dimensions and maintaining quality standards
Carrying out first-off inspections and in-process quality checks
Supporting the production team with general workshop operations
Working closely with experienced operators and engineers

What We're Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone with previous experience as a Spring Coiler / Spring Coiling Machine Setter.

The amount of experience is not the most important thing to us. Whether you've worked in the field for 1 year or 20 years, what matters is that you already understand spring coiling processes and know how to confidently set and operate coiling machines.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience setting and operating spring coiling machines
Be able to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment
Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work
Be reliable, motivated and willing to learn
Be practical and hands-on
Work well independently and as part of a team
