Vacancy Trainee Legal Support Administrator

Reporting to: Head of Department

Full-time position

Would suit someone wishing to have a career within the Legal Profession

Salary is for a 35 hour working week Full-time, depending on age and experience

Responsibilities

Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Maintain Database and Case Management System and Inputting Data
Willingness to develop within Legal Industry

Key Skills

IT Skills including word, excel and outlook
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude
keen interest to develop
Team player with the ability to use own initiative

Full support from the firm to develop to Solicitors level for the right candidate.

Potential need for Legal Audio Typing / Legal Admin Support
