Job Summary:
We are seeking an organised, customer-focused and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR Recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service, helping to attract and appoint talented individuals across the organisation.
In this fast-paced role, you will act as a key contact for candidates and hiring managers, coordinating recruitment administration, managing offer-stage activity and pre-employment checks, and ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment journey from vacancy to onboarding. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you will help deliver an efficient, professional and positive recruitment experience for all.
Key responsibilities include:

Proactively managing pre-employment checks from start to finish and facilitating smooth handovers to the HR Onboarding Team.

Providing guidance and regular updates to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Acting as a key point of contact for recruitment-related enquiries via email, phone and in person.

Supporting interview scheduling, shortlisting activity and recruitment administration.

Preparing offers of employment and reviewing recruitment documentation to ensure compliance.

Maintaining accurate recruitment records, systems and offer trackers.
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience working within an in-house recruitment function or HR recruitment role in a large and complex organisation.

Strong experience in recruitment administration, including interview coordination, offer administration and pre-employment checks.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands.

Experience delivering excellent customer service and managing stakeholder expectations.

Proven strong experience of using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), Outlook and Teams
