Guest Services Agent (Receptionist)

Front Office

The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel- is currently recruiting for the Receptionist (formal job title is Guest Services Agent) to join our talented Front Office team. We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.

In the role of the Receptionist, your key focus will be to:

carry out a check-in procedure
room the guests
perform a check-out procedure
deal with guest queries
take payments and process billing
carry out the cashiering procedure at the end of each shift

Do you have?-

previous experience of working in a Front Office within a similar environment
excellent customer services skills
great communication skills
immaculate personal presentation
previous experience of Opera/Shiji front office management systems is an advantage
ability to deal with challenging situations
