We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced Course Advisors to join our growing Admissions Team.

About the Role

As a Course Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing professional advice and guidance on our range of qualifications. You will support applicants throughout the admissions process, ensuring they receive an excellent customer experience from their initial enquiry through to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries from prospective students via telephone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information and guidance on our courses, entry requirements and enrolment process.
Conduct consultation calls to understand learners' needs and recommend suitable qualifications.
Assist students with completing their applications and enrolment documentation.
Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective learners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admissions journey.
Record all interactions accurately within the College's CRM system.
Work towards admissions and conversion targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Provide an exceptional learner experience in line with LCPS values and MATRIX standards.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in an admissions, course advisor, sales, customer service or education-related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

Previous experience working within a college, university, training provider or vocational education sector.
Knowledge of UK vocational qualifications.
Experience using WhatsApp Business and CRM platforms.
Experience working in a target-driven admissions environment.
