We're looking for a Senior MEP Project Manager to join our Kier Mechanical & Electrical team based in Basingstoke.

Location: Basingstoke

Business Unit: Kier Mechanical & Electrical

As a Senior MEP Project Manager, you'll lead day-to-day pre-construction and construction activities for projects valued up to £45m. Working within our Kier Mechanical & Electrical business, you'll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve excellent outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Mechanical & Electrical team, supporting them in delivering complex MEP design and build projects. Your day to day will include:

Leading safety, health, environmental and wellbeing culture across all project activities
Managing project delivery to agreed execution plans, ensuring compliance with design, programme and quality standards
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and clients
Overseeing project finances, revenue, costs and cashflow to maximise profitability
Leading and supporting your project team, ensuring clear communication and regular performance reviews

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if:

You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification, with relevant professional qualifications or working towards membership of a professional body
You have proven experience as a Project Manager with strong knowledge of contract conditions and construction law
You're an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and build collaborative relationships
You have sound commercial and contractual awareness with a commitment to health, safety and risk management
You're highly organised, proactive and driven to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
