We are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly team! This role will require you to provide a prompt, courteous and professional response to all incoming callers and you will be responsible for ensuring all messages are logged and directed at the earliest opportunity. The successful candidate will also welcome and look after all of our visitors to the dealership by providing advice and help them choose a car.
Are you proficient in using Microsoft Software?
Do you have at least 1 year of experience working in a receptionist, front desk, or customer facing administrative role?
Are you confident answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing front desk enquiries in a professional manner?
This is a part-time role working 27 hours per week. Your working pattern will be 08:00-18:00 Thursday and Friday, and 08:00 -17:00 Saturdays.
