Job Title: Sales Customer Service Advisor
Location: Oldbury (Office Based)
Salary: £26,750.04 + Average OTE of £3k
Contract: Full time – permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts between Monday – Sunday between 07:00 – 21:00

Start Date: Various dates in September & October 2026 (Please make sure you include any annual leave or holiday requirements in your application)

Interview Dates: August & September 2026

What will the role involve?

Supporting our customers via telephone through their breakdown journey, understanding their situation and identifying their needs for the right solution
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through inbound and outbound customer conversations.
Engaging with Customers and building confidence to deliver outstanding customer outcomes on every call
Identifying customer needs to ensure the correct products are promoted to them whilst resolving all queries
Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service
