Full job description

Job Summary

A busy Out of School Care office is looking for an experienced, dedicated and Part-time Administrator/PA to join the team. The successful candidate will manage a varied and busy workload and will be responsible for, although not limited to, the following;

Working closely with and provide support to the manager
Answering calls, emails and dealing with all customer enquiries
Processing new customer bookings and changes to existing bookings
Office diary management
Management of a range of suppliers
Monitoring of staff sickness and absence and supporting in recruitment process
Other general administration duties, for example, printing, filing, data entry, typing, etc

Job Type / Category

Our Out of School Care services from 7.45 am to 9am and from 3pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday during the school term. We also run a summer club from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

For this role, the package for the successful candidate will be;

20 hours per week (2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday)
40 days annual leave
£14,000 per annum

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will ideally have over 2 years' experience in an administration role and also have practical experience of;

Providing front-line reception service
Diary and inbox management
Customer service
Data entry and record keeping

The successful candidate must also possess the following;

Great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a friendly manner and a positive attitude
Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook
Organised with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload
Works efficiently and effectively following detailed processes
