Full job description

Are you a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader who loves leading by example, motivating teams, and delivering exceptional standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Do you have the drive, attention to detail, and leadership skills to inspire a team, exceed performance targets, and support a prestigious VIP customer where quality and customer experience are everything?

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our team to deliver for our customer, Restoration Hardware based in Harlow (CM19 5AW). You’ll lead from the front in a fast-paced environment, motivate and develop our team to deliver exceptional customer service, productivity, and quality standards. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with 40 hours contracted per week. Working any 5 days out of 7, with a shift of 12:00 pm to 20:00 pm.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,500 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives, creating a positive, high-performing culture and supporting day-to-day operational success
Coordinate daily warehouse activities, allocating tasks effectively and leading from the front to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
Drive performance and quality, monitoring KPIs and maintaining the exceptional standards expected by our prestigious client, Restoration Hardware
Support operational excellence, using WMS systems, communicating performance updates, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and service levels

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A natural leader with a passion for developing people, able to motivate, coach, and inspire teams to deliver their best every day
Previous warehouse leadership experience with MHE knowledge, or the willingness to complete training and operate equipment as part of a hands-on role.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and confidence using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Proactive, flexible, and committed to excellence, thriving in a fast-paced environment and focused on delivering exceptional standards
