We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to support the coordination and delivery of continuous improvement activities and programmes, monitoring progress and tracking deliverables against agreed targets.

The successful candidate will use data and performance information from governance and reporting reviews to identify improvement opportunities, support benchmarking activities, and monitor organisational performance.

Job Description

We are looking for an analytical and organised professional who can develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel, providing actionable insights that inform the prioritisation, delivery, and tracking of continuous improvement initiatives.

The role will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
Lead and manage the implementation of continuous improvement programmes across the account, focusing on streamlining processes and reducing waste.
Gather, analyse, and interpret performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and related reporting tools.
Monitor KPIs and track the progress of improvement projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement methodologies and initiatives.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and report on outcomes and performance metrics.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging participation, innovation, and the sharing of improvement ideas.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in continuous improvement, performance analysis, or project coordination.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, or similar reporting tools.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to analyse business information and processes to support operational efficiency improvements.
Experience monitoring performance metrics and tracking improvement initiatives against agreed targets.
