Full job description

Job Overview

We are looking for professional and vigilant SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to ensure the safety of attendees, staff and premises at events. Candidates must be confident, reliable and customer-focused with strong communication and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

Control entry/exit and carry out ID checks.
Patrol premises to maintain safety and security.
Monitor crowd behaviour and resolve issues proactively.
Prevent/manage conflict using approved techniques.
Assist with emergencies, evacuations and first aid.
Record incidents, refusals and key occurrences.
Work with venue management and emergency services.

Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Good physical fitness and awareness.
Flexible for nights, weekends and holidays.
Previous experience preferred but not essential.

Desirable

First Aid qualification, Spectator safety Level 2, or conflict management training.
