Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Security Supervisor, where you will lead and coordinate security operations to ensure a safe, secure, and well-protected environment. Your role is vital in overseeing surveillance activities, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response protocols. You will supervise security personnel, manage CCTV systems, and implement safety procedures to safeguard assets, personnel, and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of security initiatives while fostering a proactive safety culture.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security staff to ensure efficient coverage and response.
Oversee surveillance operations using CCTV systems, ensuring continuous monitoring of premises for suspicious activity or security breaches.
Implement loss prevention measures by conducting inspections, monitoring access points, and identifying potential theft or vandalism risks.
Respond promptly to security incidents, conducting investigations and documenting events through detailed reports.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility to maintain a visible security presence and identify hazards or irregularities.
Provide first aid assistance when necessary and coordinate emergency responses with local authorities.
Train security personnel on surveillance techniques, emergency procedures, and safety protocols to enhance team effectiveness.

Skills

Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and monitoring techniques.
Proven experience in loss prevention strategies within a security environment.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
Ability to respond calmly and efficiently during emergencies or incidents.
Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and coordinating with emergency responders.
Basic first aid certification is preferred to provide immediate assistance when needed.
Attention to detail in conducting inspections, audits, and surveillance activities.
