Full job description

Essex Respite & Care Association (ERCA) is a small caring charity providing mental health support to adults across Essex.

We are hiring an Admin Assistant with fundraising experience to join our small team based in Danbury, soon to be relocated to Ingatestone.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and confident to help with a busy charity office.

Responsibilities:

· Dealing with day-to-day telephone and email queries from clients, carers, support workers and healthcare professionals.

· Assist managers with all office tasks efficiently, including (but not limited to) client invoices, fundraising applications, event attendance, payroll, HR and using an online system to schedule client visits

· Inputting and maintaining data on excel and word

Experience:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role or fundraising role

Excellent phone and communication skills

Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload

Proficiency in computerised systems

Health and Social Care working knowledge is desirable

Hours required:

20 hours per week

Monday 11-4pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8.30-1.30pm
