Key to this role will be:
- To ensure the smooth running of daily practices, including observation, assessment and planning

- The successful candidate will have the interpersonal skills to enjoy positive healthy relationships with nursery parents and colleagues
- Someone who must hold at least Level 2 in childcare (or equivalent)

To work towards and help the room leader to deliver good quality care, ensuring that it all meets the EYFS standards
To work in partnership with parents and carers
To follow and implement all of the policies and procedures set out by the nursery.
To embrace the child centred approach that the Nursery offers the children and their families.
To work in partnership with Early Years and other agencies to ensure each child’s interests, needs and talents are encouraged, supported and recognised.
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
Minimum Level 2 in Childcare qualification
Experience in the EYFS
A high degree of professionalism.
A knowledge of safeguarding practices.
A genuine passion in childcare, learning and Development
Full-time
Monday to Friday Rota basis
Nursery: 1-2 years (preferred)
Salary: Depending on age, experience, and qualifications
