Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dining team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team committed to delivering outstanding service and memorable meals. Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
Lead and motivate staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, fostering a positive team environment
Oversee food production and food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency
Manage customer interactions, addressing concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu execution, ingredient quality, and timing of service
Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to enhance performance

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality settings
Strong knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
Hands-on experience in food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with managing restaurant workflows, including managing schedules and inventory
Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and guests alike
Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage preparation and customer service
