Be the heartbeat of a fast‑moving, high‑performing sales team

Arkay Windows — one of the UK’s leading aluminium window and door manufacturers — is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our established, friendly, high‑performing team in Watford.

With over 50 years of trading, a strong brand reputation, and cutting‑edge cloud‑based systems, we’re growing fast. This is your chance to be right at the centre of it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing trade customers
Preparing sales propositions and onboarding packs for new customers
Following up on quotes, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
Liaising with internal teams to provide quick, accurate information
Keeping our customer database clean, organised, and up to date
Allocating homeowner leads to trade customers based on geography
Booking corporate entertainment, events, and hospitality
Organising hotel bookings and logistics for the sales team
Collating, analysing, and presenting sales statistics to support decision‑making
Working closely with a supportive team that values collaboration, energy, and a great culture
Answering incoming trade customer telephone calls

A confident communicator who loves speaking with customers
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced office
Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems
Experience in sales support, coordination, or admin is ideal
