About Access360

Access360 is a specialist project management company delivering bespoke commercial fit-out, exhibition, signage, compliance and construction solutions throughout the UK. We manage projects from initial enquiry through to manufacture, installation and completion, coordinating multiple suppliers, contractors and in-house teams to deliver high-quality projects, often within demanding timescales.

As a growing business, we are relocating our offices from South Woodham Ferrers to Maldon in the near future. Applicants should therefore be comfortable commuting to Maldon once the move takes place.

The Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Account Handler to join our team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for managing multiple client orders simultaneously, ensuring projects progress smoothly from quotation through to completion.

Working closely with our Project Managers, suppliers, clients and internal departments, you will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service while ensuring projects remain commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to project completion.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders and sales documentation.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal departments.
Coordinate project schedules and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Source products and obtain competitive supplier quotations.
Monitor project costs and maintain agreed profit margins.
Chase suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and services are delivered on time.
Provide administrative and project support to the wider project management team.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and company systems.
Resolve day-to-day issues quickly and professionally to keep projects moving.
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout every project.

About You

The successful candidate will:

Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
Be confident dealing with customers and suppliers over the telephone and by email.
Be highly computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office.
Be able to manage several projects simultaneously while working to tight deadlines.
Have strong attention to detail and excellent numerical ability.
Be proactive, motivated and able to work independently.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Desirable Experience

While full training will be provided, the following would be advantageous:

Previous experience within the construction, fit-out, signage, manufacturing, engineering or related industries.
Experience dealing with suppliers, subcontractors or purchasing.
Understanding of project coordination or project administration.
Experience working with commercial customers or contractors.

Package

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Overtime available when required
20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
