Job Summary

Lobelos Group Business & Commercial Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy, contract management, business growth, and financial performance.

The successful candidate will work with senior leadership, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to identify commercial opportunities, strengthen profitability, manage contracts, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies and growth plans
Manage commercial contracts, negotiations, renewals, and supplier agreements
Monitor revenue, margins, costs, budgets, and commercial performance
Identify new business, partnership, and revenue opportunities
Lead commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners
Prepare pricing models, proposals, tenders, and business cases
Analyse market trends, competitors, risks, and commercial opportunities
Work closely with finance, sales, operations, and business-development teams
Manage commercial risks and support contract compliance
Prepare forecasts, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership

Requirements

Experience in commercial management, business development, contracts, operations, or a related field
Experience managing commercial agreements, budgets, clients, or suppliers
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Good understanding of pricing, profitability, budgeting, and business performance
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
Experience with tenders, proposals, or contract management is advantageous
Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
