Your job is to be proactive, professional and friendly with all interactions with clients–supporting them onsite, fixing issues (and preventing them from happening again), making them feel calm and confident in your ability, and making sure that the client always feels well communicated with. Technical Variety

This role will involve providing onsite desk-side support to our clients across London and the Southeast as well as some remote work from our office.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

Visit clients for planned or ad-hoc visits, floor-walking, interacting proactively with end users and supporting them with any IT & AI queries
Deal with a wide variety of users and businesses, from small to large, corporate to charity, IT savvy to the technically challenged!
Manage your own case load, escalate calls to senior colleagues and liaise with third parties to find a speedy resolution to client’s issues
Research issues for which you don’t have an immediate answer
Work alongside the wider ramsac team, to manage client issues that might need input from other stakeholders
Maintain and develop your technical skill set to ensure that our solutions remain at the cutting edge
Perform ad-hoc remote machine setups
Support senior colleagues with project delivery
Maintain good communication with clients by providing them a run-down of what you have completed for them during your visits
