Full job description

Accelerate Facilities are recruiting a Helpdesk Advisor to join our friendly team based at our Head Office, Hadleigh, Suffolk.

The role of Helpdesk advisor is an admin based role, entailing regular phone calls and email communication with our clients and suppliers maintaining relationships and providing assistance.

Job Description:

To provide excellent customer service
Complete administration tasks within the set timeframes
Respond to emails in a timely manner
Become familiar with our software and how it operates
Upload documents onto the system including invoices
Check and create POs
Work as part of a team, reporting to the Helpdesk Supervisor.

This is an administration based role working within customer service in the soft & hard FM industry.

Previous administration experience is essential.

The role is part time: hours 24 per week, 3 days per week, 8am - 5pm.

ROP: £13.45 p/h

This is an office role, based in Hadleigh, Suffolk.
