Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. In this vital role, you will support daily office operations, coordinate communication, and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. This position offers an engaging environment where your organizational talents will contribute directly to the efficiency and success of our team.

Duties

Manage and maintain office documentation, records, and filing systems with precision and confidentiality
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize team productivity
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Support internal communication efforts through clear and effective written and verbal communication
Assist with data entry and analysis using Microsoft Excel to support operational decisions
Organize office supplies and equipment to ensure a well-functioning work environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or similar roles with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish is a plus but not mandatory
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software tools quickly
Previous experience working in a customer service environment is preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Good understanding of office procedures and administrative best practices
