We are excited to share an incredible opportunity for an AI Specialist to join our team in Data & AI. As our newest AI Specialist, you will accelerate the organisation’s ability to adopt and operationalise advanced AI capabilities.

This is a hybrid role with working from home plus some onsite presence in our Bradford & central Leeds offices.

About the role

Providing specialist technical expertise across AI solution design, development and deployment, supporting complex and high-impact AI initiatives

You will-

Design and implement advanced AI capabilities by contributing handson to solutions involving large language models, agentic architectures, RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG), and automation workflows.
Support data science and model optimisation activities by assessing data readiness, evaluating model performance, and improving accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI outputs.
Guide solution patterns and technical approaches by advising on best practices for generative AI, datadriven intelligence, and enterprise AI architectures within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
Act as a technical authority and mentor by supporting AI Product Developers, AI Design Analysts, and AI Test Leads through guidance, coaching, and handson problem solving.

About You

You will have strong experience in delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions across multiple domains, with expertise in generative AI, agentic AI, and data-driven intelligence.

You will have

Handson experience with Microsoft AI ecosystem technologies, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Azure
Strong practical knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills
Capability to translate business and operational needs into working AI solutions

About you

You’ll have hands on experience building AI solutions using large language models, agent frameworks an AI APIs.
A strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search and retrieval optimisation.
Experience developing AI solutions using Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service and Copilot Studio
You’ll have familiarity with enterprise integration patterns using Microsoft Graph, Power Platform and business applications. As well as working knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational support of AI systems.
Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
