Salary: £45,000 + 10% bonus based on exceeding budget

Location: Old Royal Naval College, London

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday with weekend work required based on events, 42.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and motivate a sales team of three, including two Sales Coordinators and one Sales Executive, ensuring targets are achieved and exceptional client service is delivered.
Provide strategic leadership across all sales, marketing and communications activities, driving revenue growth and brand visibility.
Develop and secure new business opportunities for both internal and external events through proactive networking, client engagement and relationship management.
Represent the venue within the events industry, building strong connections and generating bookings from key clients and agencies.
Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to confirmation, ensuring a seamless handover and successful event delivery.
Drive sales for a diverse portfolio of events, including luxury weddings, corporate gala dinners, award ceremonies, fashion shows and conferences.
Oversee the administration and coordination of all event bookings, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a first-class client experience.
Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure events are delivered to the highest standards and client expectations are exceeded.
Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activity, implementing strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports and business development plans to support commercial objectives.
