Experienced Barista

Position: Full-time OR part-time Location: Partington, Trafford

About Us

We're a family-run soft play and café business looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our friendly team.

This is a varied customer-facing role combining barista duties and general café operations. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality drinks, and helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks to a consistently high standard.
Operate commercial espresso coffee machines and grinders confidently.
Maintain coffee equipment and ensure workstations are clean and organised.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the café and customer areas.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Complete daily cleaning and hygiene checks.
Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide occasional support to the kitchen team during busy periods, including basic non-cooking tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years barista experience and confidence using a commercial espresso machine.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and school holidays
