Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our vibrant team in Torquay. As a key member of our hospitality and catering establishment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. This permanent, full-time position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in the hospitality industry, where you will gain valuable experience and skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Qualifications:

No formal education required; a passion for hospitality is essential
Previous experience in a bar or customer service role is an advantage but not essential for entry-level candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
