As part of our growing framework team, you will oversee meaningful projects while working for a family-owned business where people, safety and quality come first.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join Casey's Land Reclamation and Civils Division, overseeing a portfolio of projects across the United Utilities AMP8 Framework.

Schemes include improvements to process treatment facilities, storm overflow solutions and projects supporting United Utilities' Better Rivers Programme.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple projects, supporting Site Managers and delivery teams to achieve consistent performance in safety, quality, programme, cost and customer service. You will work closely with United Utilities, commercial colleagues, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain Casey's reputation as a trusted framework delivery partner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operational leader with experience in civil engineering, utilities, water infrastructure or process environments who enjoys developing teams, building client relationships and delivering projects that make a visible difference.

· Build strong relationships with United Utilities and framework stakeholders, ensuring expectations, reporting requirements and performance targets are achieved.
· Carry out regular site visits, reviews and audits, using performance information and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
· Support tender and pre-construction activity through buildability, programme, supply chain and risk input.
· Coach and develop project teams while promoting Casey values, collaboration, accountability and a strong safety-first culture.
Skills & Experience
· Proven experience managing multiple civil engineering, utilities, water or infrastructure projects.
· Strong leadership and people-management capability, with experience supporting Site Managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
· Commercial and contractual awareness, with the ability to manage programme, cost, risk and resources across a portfolio of work.
· Strong technical understanding of civils, wastewater, drainage, process treatment facilities or environmental infrastructure.
· Excellent client, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
· Highly organised, proactive and confident in anticipating problems and driving practical solutions.
· A strong commitment to health, safety, quality, customer service and continuous improvement.
· IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and project-planning software.
