We’re Hiring! Admin Assistant (Part-Time) – Swansea

Hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm, 4–5 days per weekHours per week: 16–20 hoursPay: £12.71–£13.50 per hour, depending on experienceLocation: Remote working – applicant should be based in the Swansea/Llanelli areaJob Type: Part-timeAdditional pay: Optional performance bonus

About Us

Revive! Swansea is a busy mobile SMART repair and alloy wheel refurbishment business, providing high-quality vehicle repairs to private customers, dealerships, fleet operators and businesses across South Wales.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Part-Time Admin Assistant to help manage the day-to-day running of the business.

The role is 10am–2pm, 4–5 days per week, making it particularly well suited to someone looking for consistent, school-friendly working hours.

The Role

You’ll play an important part in keeping our customers, technicians and diary organised.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Answering customer enquiries by phone, email and online
Booking customers and managing the repair diary
Liaising with customers and technicians
Preparing and sending invoices
Following up outstanding payments
Updating customer and job records
General administration and data entry
Helping keep the day-to-day running of the business organised

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have previous administration or customer service experience
Are confident and professional speaking with customers on the phone
Are comfortable using email, spreadsheets and online systems
Have good written communication skills
Are organised and able to prioritise your workload
Are reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
Have a friendly and positive approach to customer service

Experience within the automotive industry would be useful, but is not essential.

Optional Bonus Opportunity

For someone who is keen to get more involved, there is also the opportunity to earn additional performance-based bonuses on top of the hourly rate.

This could involve identifying and contacting potential trade, dealership and fleet customers and helping bring new business into Revive! Swansea.

This is completely optional and is not a requirement of the admin role. The bonus structure can be discussed with the successful applicant.

For someone who is confident speaking with businesses and enjoys finding new opportunities, this could be a great way to increase their earnings and develop the role further.
