We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Coordinator to join the team to provide exceptional technical support across 2plan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering 1st and 2nd line IT support to all staff and advisers within the organisation.
Please note, this is a hybrid role based in Leeds 3 days per week.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and effective 1st and 2nd line technical support to 2plan staff, advisers and internal stakeholders
- Diagnose, troubleshot, and resolve hardware and software issues across various platforms and applications
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support interactions and resolutions in ticketing system
- Ensure all support requests are handled within established SLA timeframes
- Conduct system maintenance and administration
- At least 2-3 years experience in an IT Support role
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and endpoint management
- Experience managing and resolving tickets through a ticketing system
- Strong collaboration skills to be able to work closely with internal colleagues and teams
- Natural problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail
