Office Assistant – Rascor UK Ltd
Location: Colnbrook, SL3 | Salary: £30,000 | Full-time, Office-based

About Us
We're Rascor UK — a specialist waterproofing and construction contractor with a busy, close-knit team based in Colnbrook. We work hard, we look after our people, and we like our office to run like clockwork. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing a job properly and genuinely enjoys being the person who keeps everything together.

The Role
No two days are the same in this role. You'll be the heartbeat of the office — the person everyone relies on to keep things organised, the environment welcoming, and the admin moving. If you like variety and being busy, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing:

Office housekeeping and upkeep throughout the day.
Reception duties — greeting visitors, answering calls, handling post and parcels.
Banking cheques and running occasional errands.
Managing office and PPE stock and placing orders.
Fleet database maintenance and booking services etc as required.
Maintaining the training matrix.
Processing and signing off supplier invoices
Booking travel and accommodation for staff when needed.
Supporting resource scheduling updates.
General ad-hoc admin as directed by your manager.

What we're looking for:

Minimum GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
Previous experience in an admin, office support or receptionist role
Proficient in Microsoft Office — particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Full UK driving licence — essential
Construction or trades industry experience is a bonus but not required

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
