Role: Influencer Manager – UK

Reporting to: Head of Performance Partnerships

Brand: Myprotein

Location: THG HQ, Manchester, WA15 0AF (Fully office based)

As Influencer Manager – UK, you'll:

Manage the UK Influencer Programme, focusing on onboarding, building, and maintaining relationships with key influencers (athletes, fitness experts, nutritionists, and podcast hosts).
Drive commercial performance through the influencer channel, contributing to the ongoing growth of the Myprotein brand in the UK market.
Develop and execute influencer recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Senior Influencer Manager.
Oversee end-to-end relationship management with influencers, from outreach and contract negotiation to KPI setting and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with internal teams (social, marketing, product) to ensure successful influencer campaign activations.
Build strong external agency relationships in the UK to identify and onboard new talent.
Mentor junior influencer team members, supporting their professional development and growth.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

3+ years' experience in relationship management or marketing roles requiring strong external communication skills.
A passion for the fitness, nutrition, athleisure, and health industries.
Deep understanding of how influencers can build brand awareness, drive affinity, and deliver commercial value.
Knowledge of current and emerging social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Strong project management and organisational skills, with proven ability to run successful campaigns.
Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Ability to negotiate contracts, set KPIs, and evaluate performance effectively.
Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers and partners.
