Community Home Care Worker - Aberystwyth - Company Cars Available

£14.00 per hour (Monday-Friday) | £14.40 per hour (Weekends)
Paid Travel Time | Company Cars Available | Full Training Provided

People Support is expanding its team in Aberystwyth and the surrounding areas, and we're looking for kind, reliable people to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

About People Support

At People Support, we're passionate about helping people stay independent in the comfort of their own homes. Our West Wales services have achieved an Excellent rating from Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), reflecting the high standards our teams deliver every day.

We believe that great care starts with great people, so we invest heavily in training, development and supporting our staff.

What We Offer

£14.00 per hour Monday to Friday
£14.40 per hour at weekends
Paid travel time between visits
45p per mile when using your own vehicle
Company cars available for work use

Your Role

Every day is different. You'll visit people in their own homes and provide the support they need to continue living independently.

This may include:

Personal care and assisting with daily routines
Medication support
Meal preparation
Shopping and household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting people to attend appointments or access their community
Assisting with mobility and the safe use of equipment
Supporting people with more complex care needs
Delivering compassionate end-of-life care where appropriate
Completing care records and working closely with colleagues
