Full job description

About Us We are a growing window and door installation specialist delivering high-quality products and service to our clients. We are looking for an organized, proactive Office Administrator to join our close-knit team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

The Role You will be the backbone of our daily office operations, acting as the primary point of contact for retail customers, trade clients, suppliers, and site surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing sales orders, /uPVC product specs, and supplier orders
Scheduling site surveys, service calls, and installation dates for our fitting teams
Preparing quotes, deposit invoices, and customer paperwork
General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing schedules

Requirements

Industry Experience: Previous experience working within the uPVC, double glazing, or fenestration industry is strongly preferred.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail (measuring specs and order details matter!)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident using basic office software (Email, Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask in a busy environment and work independently
