Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join our vibrant property team. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the rental process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, managing property viewings, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and landlords. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and organizational abilities will shine.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their rental needs and preferences
Coordinate property viewings, providing detailed information and answering questions to facilitate decision-making
Negotiate rental terms between tenants and landlords, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, viewings, and agreements using our property management systems
Support administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements and updating property listings
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies for available properties to attract qualified tenants
Assist in resolving tenant queries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-moving environment
Strong attention to detail to accurately document interactions and manage property records
Enthusiasm for real estate or property management is a plus but not essential
A proactive attitude with the motivation to deliver exceptional customer service
