Full job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a progressive and rapidly expanding business with a large, global reach. Founded in 1924, Celestion has grown to become one of the world's largest and most innovative manufacturers of loudspeakers.

We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Quality Manager to develop the Quality department at Celestion.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for the recording, measurement & reporting of all quality activities.
Define further, develop and implement the Quality Management System.
Supervision of Quality Technician.
Accountability for the customer complaints system.
Work with all departments (in UK, China & Thailand) to ensure continuous improvement activities are defined, measured, analysed, improved and controlled.

This role will involve occasional overseas travel.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

A good understanding of ISO9001 and the DMAIC approach to Quality. Preferably some experience implementing/auditing quality systems.
Good engineering/manufacturing skills and experience.
Excellent IT skills, including a good, working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

Working hours:

Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week
