Full job description

At The Creative Composite, we’re not a traditional agency chasing volume. We partner with ambitious dental brands to deliver high-impact social media, content, and creative solutions that drive measurable growth.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven individual to own the strategy, performance and growth of paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads

This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just manage campaigns, but understands why they are performing, what needs to change and how to scale them profitably.

You'll connect ads, creative, landing pages, messaging, targeting and conversion data to deliver high-quality leads and measurable ROI for our clients.

You will:

Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google
Build, launch, manage and optimise campaigns
Decide what to test and why
Manage budgets and identify scaling opportunities
Analyse performance and understand the “why” behind the numbers
Improve targeting, creative, messaging and conversion rates
Work with Creative and Client Delivery to align campaigns
Use sales feedback to improve lead quality
Turn campaign data into clear actions and recommendations
Develop repeatable processes and strategies across our client accounts
Report and deliver

KPIs / Success Metrics

Cost per lead / acquisition against target
Conversion rates

Successful campaign scale-ups
Campaigns launched accurately and on schedule
Reduction in wasted ad spend

Who You Are

You're analytical, commercially minded and hands-on, with a genuine interest in understanding what makes campaigns perform.

Curious and data-driven – you dig into the “why”
Strategic but comfortable working directly in the platforms
Test-focused and confident making decisions
Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts
A strong communicator who can explain performance clearly
Proactive and accountable for results
Collaborative and comfortable working with creative, content and client teams

Ideal Background

Proven hands-on experience managing multiple Meta Ads and Google Ads at a time
Experience developing and executing paid media strategies
Experience managing multiple client accounts, ideally within an agency
Strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates
Experience with campaign testing, optimisation and scaling
Understanding of landing pages, conversion funnels and tracking
Experience working with reporting and analytics tools

Desirable: Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or working within healthcare/dental marketing.

The Impact

You'll become the paid media expert within the agency, helping us improve campaign performance, create a scalable paid media methodology and reduce reliance on the founder for paid media decisions.
